The public infrastructure is well-developed, you can get basically anywhere via bus or train. A quality-of-life tip is to get an app for purchasing ticket. As far as roads are concerned, there's a highway right through the middle of the metropolis and bunch of motorways connecting the region with the rest of the country.

Be wary of two things:

* Sidewalks tend to be uneven and chipped, you could hurt your feet or trip and fall if you're not careful walking

* Motorway tolls are pricy
